Dr. Andrew Kaiser is a seasoned Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with more than 40 years of experience in veterinary care, practice leadership, and wildlife rehabilitation. After earning his DVM from the University of Missouri in 1975, he began his veterinary career at West Quincy Veterinary Clinic before founding Katherine Road Animal Hospital in 1984. Under Dr. Kaiser’s leadership, Katherine Road Animal Hospital became the first veterinary hospital in the region to earn accreditation from the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), maintaining that distinction for two decades. His practice provided care for companion animals, small mammals, exotics, and wildlife while also supporting the City of Quincy Animal Shelter. In addition to veterinary medicine, Dr. Kaiser has remained deeply involved in his church and community through organizations such as Kiwanis International, Chaddock, Meals on Wheels, and local outreach programs.
